• SUPERFAT CRIT

  A criterium race for the well endowed tire crowd.  With racers hitting speeds in excess of ten whole miles per hour, this race is a crowd pleaser.  Fire rings, mythical creature laiden sand pits, and the most creative use of the railroad trench since the invention of the railroad. Okay, that was last year.  This year we're bringing in more than a dozen new features.  More skinny rides.  More ramps. And more awesome.  You might want to bring your GoPro.  See last year's race on the VIDEO TOUR page.

• RULES

  1. You need fat tires.  3.7 inches or wider. 

  2. Don't be too much of a jerk.

  3. You need lights.  It will be dark.

  4. Race is run Crit-style.  (First two laps are timed to determine number of total laps.)   

  5. Race will run approximately 35 mins. 

  6. No free laps. 

• ENTRY FEE

  Same as last year.  Bring a pack of something to share with your new friends.  Beveridges, brawtwerst and steaks are all welcome.  Starting grid to be determined by the quality of your donation.  Popsicles will not be accepted as an entry fee this year (you know who you are).

• PRIZES

  First place:  Custom commisioned trophy.  Also, love, admiration and respect of your fellow fatbikers.  Maybe some spite.

  Other places: Same as above. but with no trophy and less spite.

  Door Prizes:  Tons of swag from  Expo vendors including a pair of Dillinger studded tires from 45NRTH!  Must participate in the Fatbike Crit to be elligible for this drawing.
